The Cube is a nerve-wracking gameshow hosted by Philip Schofield which tests contestants skill and determination to the maximum as they try for a £250,000 prize. Each week a new challenger tries to complete a series of tricky games while under intense pressure.
The players have nine lives and must get through up to seven tasks to win. Each game looks deceptively simple, but nothing is as easy as it seems for the contestant standing inside The Cube, as they feel the tension of the spotlight and the scrutiny of the studio audience.
The players need speed, agility, memory and balance if they are to triumph. The show uses state of the art filming techniques, including Gamefreeze, which has been upgraded in order to catch all the edge-of-the-seat excitement and drama.
